This website provides information about Valley Neighbor Living's furnished shared-housing model for the San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, and surrounding Los Angeles communities. It also provides a way to contact us about housing, resident referrals, organizational coordination, and property partnerships.
Housing inquiries and availability
Submitting a form, communicating with Valley Neighbor Living, or receiving a referral does not by itself reserve a bed, establish a tenancy, guarantee availability, or guarantee admission or financial assistance.
Availability, room arrangements, pricing, and included amenities must be confirmed for the specific housing opportunity. Any residency or property partnership is subject to separate agreements and applicable law. These website terms do not replace those agreements or limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Scope of services
Valley Neighbor Living's housing model includes shared bedrooms and common areas, with substance-free living standards. Prescribed medication used as directed is not prohibited by those standards. Specific house expectations are provided separately and are subject to applicable law and reasonable accommodations.
Valley Neighbor Living does not provide medical treatment, substance-use treatment, or personal care services. Coordinating with an outside organization does not make Valley Neighbor Living the provider of that organization's services.
Valley Neighbor Living is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. References to veterans or coordination with outside organizations do not establish government approval, program participation, or eligibility for funding.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Do not impersonate someone else, submit information you are not authorized to share, send malicious content or spam, or attempt to interfere with the website or access private records.
